Product Overview

This product is designed for use in safe areas to simulate flame spectral signals and perform on-site verification of UV, IR, and UV/IR composite flame detectors. It can output 185-235nm ultraviolet spectrum and 4.4µ infrared radiation. Through continuous mode and 2Hz pulse mode, it realistically simulates flame light signals and flame flicker frequency to trigger flame detector alarms, quickly completing functional verification, engineering commissioning and acceptance, and periodic maintenance testing.

Dual-Mode Operation

- Continuous Mode: Suitable for testing UV-only detectors; maximum testing distance is up to 8 meters.
- Pulsed Mode (approx. 2 Hz flicker frequency): Simulates the flickering of a real flame; designed for IR and combined UV/IR detectors (up to 4 meters) as well as UV detectors (up to 4 meters).

Universal Power Adapter

Includes a 100–240 V AC wide-input switching power supply/charger, equipped with interchangeable plugs (US, EU, UK, and AU standards) for global compatibility.

Built-in High-Capacity Sealed Lead-Acid Battery

Features a 12 V 2.8 Ah maintenance-free sealed lead-acid battery, providing 10–15 minutes of continuous operation under ideal conditions—sufficient for testing multiple detectors on-site.

Rugged and Portable Design

ABS black engineering plastic body, IP30/NEMA1 protection rating; comes with a rigid polypropylene carrying case (lined with polyurethane cushioning foam) for easy tool storage and on-site transport.

Comprehensive Safety Features

Includes a protective grille, overheat and misoperation warnings; and an LED indicator for battery charging status.
