This Panamax Panamax cargo hold cleaning kit is a complete set of equipment designed specifically for large bulk carriers, providing a one-stop solution for the entire process of cargo change, tank cleaning, chemical spraying, bulkhead descaling, and temporary isolation coating application.

The entire set of equipment is compatible with various acidic, alkaline, and foam-based cargo hold cleaners and descaling agents, capable of removing stubborn cargo residues and rust such as coal, mineral powder, cement, grain, and oil. With a maximum spraying distance of up to 18 meters, the crew can operate solely from the bottom of the hold, eliminating the need for scaffolding or cranes for high-altitude work, significantly shortening the cleaning period, reducing labor costs, and minimizing port call time.

The equipment can operate stably with a minimum 2m³/min air compressor on board, and in addition to bulk carriers, it can also be used for cleaning offshore platforms and the exterior of ship superstructures.
